Ripley Management employs an effective, highly visible hands-on style. Management, together with personnel from Sales, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Production, meets regularly to review customer needs. In essence, this creates a Ripley Team that operates as an extension of our partnering customer’s staff; thus allowing Ripley to operate intuitively for our customers while focusing our operation and personnel on critical issues. Ultimately, this enables us to devise and implement competitive solutions that meet and exceed our customer’s design and cost goals.
